专利摘要:
The system described in the present invention serves for the elimination of the vapor inside the motor vehicles, for it uses a cleaning element inside the vehicle, which is joined by means of a composite magnets, through the glass of the windshield, with the windscreen wiper system of the front window. In this way, the movement of the external windshield wiper means the movement of the internal antifog system and therefore the elimination of the fog. To facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the system, the corresponding magnets are divided into sectors of opposite polarity, so that a rotation in one of the magnets opposite an opposite pole and therefore the repulsion that facilitates disassembly. DEVICE FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VAHO ON THE MOONS OF VEHICLES A
ENGINE
SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE
The present invention falls within the technical area of motor vehicle accessories. Specifically, in the area that concerns automatic and intermittent systems that act as windshield wipers.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Motor vehicle drivers face a potentially dangerous situation during the wet and cold periods of the year (typically on winter nights), as it is common for the windshield to fog quickly and reduce vision through it.
This phenomenon occurs because the atmosphere contains, among many other gases, water vapor. The amount of water in the gas phase that admits a certain volume of air depends on its temperature. Specifically, warm air may contain more water vapor than cold. Approximately, in the range of temperatures and atmospheric pressure of the Mediterranean climate regions, the amount of steam that admits the same mass of air doubles as the temperature increases 10 ° C.
This property is key to understanding the formation of fog in the windows of a vehicle. On cold days it is usual to drive with the heating on. Inside the cabin, the temperature will be pleasant, and due to the steam we exhale when we breathe, the humidity inside the car can also become high. Since the windows of the vehicle are in direct contact with the outside environment, they will have a much lower temperature than the interior of the car. Thus, when the air inside the vehicle approaches the windows, it will cool in turn quickly, reducing the amount of water vapor it can contain. When it cools enough to saturate the water vapor, it condenses as a mist on the surface of the windshield.

This problem is exacerbated by all kinds of factors that increase the humidity in the atmosphere of the passenger compartment of the vehicle, such as:
- Wet clothes, shoes, boots, etc.
- Human breathing
- Wet carpets
- Leaks in the sunroof, ventilation system, doors or windows
- Hot food or drinks (typically tea or coffee, which is almost boiling when served)
- Refrigerant leaks in the vehicle, etc ...
Condensation is especially dangerous at dawn, dusk and during the night, since the rays of light coming from the headlights of other cars are scattered by the small drops that form on the surface of the glass, making the driver's vision even more difficult .
The fog is not easy to eliminate by directing the flow of the air conditioner towards the windshield, since its temperature must be similar to that of the outside to avoid condensation. The body heat of the passengers and the heating of the car make the temperature inside increase gradually in the rest of the cabin, so that both thermal systems fight each other, favoring the appearance of fog. The inventions protected by US patent US1178971 (filed by Albert Thode in 1913) and the Chinese utility model CN203920683 (filed in 2014), do not solve the technical problem satisfactorily, since they limit themselves to trying to reduce condensation by application of air jets.
In addition, under certain winter driving conditions, windshield wipers are not able to keep the outer surface of the windshield free of snow and ice while driving the vehicle; since they only cover a portion of the outer surface of the windshield, and therefore, snow and ice can accumulate in the area around that area. When the outside air temperature is near or below the freezing point of water, during a rain storm, sleet or snow, snow and ice tend to accumulate and freeze at the edges of the windshield, slowly spreading the fog on the interior of the cabin to cover the area in front of the driver.
In order to prevent this from happening, car drivers are forced to stop their vehicles with some frequency, to clean the glass with a cloth and, thus, recover the vision necessary to drive safely.

Thus, there is a need for an automatic device for the removal of the fog on the interior surface of the car windshield and, particularly, in the area that the wiper runs.
The present invention offers a technical solution that allows to remove the moisture layer on the inside surface of the windshield of a car, comfortably while it is being driven. Increasing the security and tranquility of the users of the vehicles provided with this device, in addition to providing a simple way to install and uninstall the system.
The applicants of the present invention are unaware of the existence of a background that satisfactorily solves the problem presented.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The system is designed so that the exterior cleaning of the glass made by the windshield wiper with its movement, also involves cleaning the same glass inside, facilitating the cleaning of the fog that hinders the driver's vision.
The invention consists of two parts, coupled to the windshield wiper, which depending on whether they are located inside or outside the vehicle we will call Interior or Exterior Section respectively.
On the one hand we have the Inner Section, it consists of an elongated semi-rigid brush, similar to the one used to clean the glass in its outer part. The brush is composed of a part of a cloth that involves the material that performs the cleaning of the interior of the windshield, plus a support of light metallic material, similar to that of a conventional windshield wiper. The piece of cloth has a series of compartments separated from each other by seams that fit the size and position of some magnets. The fabric is the part that is in contact with the glass and the fabric support, is located immediately after. And of some magnets located in the compartments of the piece of cloth and distributed along its entire length.
On the other hand, the External Section is a conventional windshield wiper blade, to which a set of magnets similar to those contained in the Inner Section have been attached, opposite to this section. Thus, the resulting pattern in the Outer Section of the flexor facing the windshield glass corresponds in each magnet with a pattern of opposite polarity in the compartment corresponding to the Inner Section. This

Thus, the relative situation of the groups of magnets inside and outside groups is mirror image, so that they are joined by the magnetic properties of the material, the windshield glass being between them. When we activate the windshield wiper, its movement, and therefore that of the Outer Section to which it is integral, drives by magnetic attraction, the movement of the Inner Section and therefore the interior cleaning of the windshield.
The magnets, both those of the Outer Section and the Inner Section, are coated with a plastic substance that does not modify its magnetic properties and whose purpose is to prevent corrosion.
Applications CN102101469, CN2332620 and CN 201520276 propose anti-fog systems based, also, on two devices that are located on each side of the windshield and are coupled through the use of conventional magnets. These solutions have the disadvantage of being necessary to use large magnets that are capable of keeping the internal device in operation, since the magnetic field has to exceed the width of the glass and the friction thereof with the vapor elimination device.
For this, the present invention proposes the use of magnets that have alternated, in the same element, the polarity of their magnetic sectors. This means that when faced with other magnets of the same type, the force with which they attract is much greater than with conventional ones.
A second advantage of using these magnetic elements is that to separate them it is only necessary to turn them slightly, the equivalent of a magnetic sector of the magnet, so that it separates easily.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description, where illustrative and non-limiting nature has been represented. next:

• Figure 2 shows the situation of the two Interior (3) and Exterior (4) sections of the anti-fog system.
• Figure 3 shows a detail of the External Section, where you can see the windshield wiper (5), which in turn is composed of the flexor (6) of the windshield wiper on which the brush (7) fits. The different magnets (9) separated at regular intervals are placed in a hollow space of the flexor (8). The plastic coating (13) of the magnets is appreciated with the idea of isolating the magnet from moisture.
• Figure 4 shows a detail of an embodiment of the Inner Section, where you can see a support piece (10), the piece of cloth (11) that will clean the windshield inside. This fabric has several compartments (12) where each magnet is housed.
• Figure 5 shows a detail of a magnet (9) where a possible distribution in sectors of the magnetic fields (14) that make up the composite magnet can be seen.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In order to achieve a better understanding of the invention, an example of a device for the elimination of fog in the windshields of motor vehicles (1) according to a preferred embodiment will be described in detail.
The anti-fog system (2) is composed of two parts Interior Section (3) or Exterior (4) depending on whether they are inside or outside the vehicle.
The outer section is composed of a conventional windshield wiper (5) located on the outside of the windshield so that the windscreen wiper flexor (6) on which the brush (7) fits is hollow, and in said space (8) is located a piece in which we are going to place different magnets (9) separated at regular intervals.
The magnets, preferably neodymium, are going to be placed so that immediately behind the cleaning surface we will have these magnets creating a certain equivalent magnetic field.
Inside the vehicle we have the Interior Section that is composed of a support piece (10) of a lightweight material, similar to that normally used in windshield wiper devices, which has a piece of cloth (11), of the group of microfibers, polyester,
polyamide, cotton, wool, silk, sponge or their combination, and that will constitute the cleaning surface of the mist. This fabric has several compartments (12) practiced at regular intervals. Within each compartment of the piece of cloth, the magnets whose polarization is alternated are arranged, such that the resulting pattern on the 5 face of the interior facing the windshield glass corresponds to each magnet with a pattern of opposite polarity in the corresponding compartment outside.
In the case of the present invention, in order to facilitate the coupling and decoupling of the Inner Section, magnets composed of a pattern alternating different magnetic fields (14) are included.
10 Thus, in the situation described above, when the system is coupled, each field sector N, faces its opposite of field S, and vice versa. Being the circular sectors of 45 degrees of arc, a rotation of 45 degrees causes the equal fields to be faced, and therefore the repulsion of the magnets occurs and therefore facilitates the decoupling of the system.
15 In both cases, the magnets are coated with a plastic substance (13) that does not modify its magnetic properties and whose purpose is to protect the magnet from moisture and corrosion that may occur accordingly.
